My stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel was nothing short of lovely! The staff consistently went above and beyond, and the amenities were fantastic. While some facilities showed signs of wear, the overall experience was so enjoyable that I can't wait to return. 🌊✨
I had mixed feelings about my stay. The location is beautiful with an overwhelming view of the Burj Al Arab. but the service was rather inconsistent and there were queues for everything. While the facilities were great, I faced some issues that detracted from the experience.
My stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel was largely fantastic, with wonderful family-friendly amenities and really good service. We enjoyed the great variety in dining and the clean, spacious accommodations. However, there were minor issues with room maintenance that could be improved, such as some older fixtures.
I had an very nice 10-night stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, choosing the Ocean View Deluxe Room with a private balcony. The hospitality from the staff was really good while the room was not only spacious but also luxurious and clean. The access to Wild Wadi Waterpark was a highlight for my family, despite some rides being closed for refurbishment. While I did notice some areas needing updates, the overall experience was truly enjoyable.
My recent stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel was a mix of good service and disappointing maintenance issues. While the staff, especially Nancy at the pool and Aymen in guest relations, were really good, I faced several maintenance concerns in my room that marred the experience. The breakfast service was hit or miss, often struggling to cope with the number of guests. Overall, I still cherish the location and some of the fantastic staff, but I feel the hotel needs a bit of an upgrade.
