My stay at Jumeirah Al Naseem was quite mixed. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful views of the Burj Al Arab and a stunning beach. However, I encountered significant service issues, particularly during check-in and with noise disturbances in the room. While the facilities are excellent, the service needs improvement to meet the expectations of a five-star hotel.
