While the staff, especially Nancy at the pool and Aymen in guest relations, were really good, I faced several maintenance concerns in my room that marred the experience. The breakfast service was hit or miss, often struggling to cope with the number of guests. Overall, I still cherish the location and some of the fantastic staff, but I feel the hotel needs a bit of an upgrade.
