Excellent Stay at Al Naseem

This hotel provided excellent service from the very beginning. The check-in was fast and efficient! We stayed in an Ocean View Club Superior club benefits beach access & Wild Wadi Waterpark(TM) Access. The room offered club benefits and easy access to both the beach and Wild Wadi Waterpark.

The valet managers were very courteous and friendly! They were especially helpful with guests needing wheelchair assistance. The breakfast buffet offered many options and staff remembered guests by name.

The hotel provides buggy shuttle service between Souk Jumeirah and the Jumeirah Beach area. This made it easy to access dining and shopping options! The location is strategic. It is close to many attractions.

breakfast buffetair conditioningairport transfers
the breakfast buffet was acceptable and offered a variety of choices each morning .
i encountered issues with the room's air conditioning it struggled to maintain a consistent temperature and made sleeping difficult also the promised airport transfers did not materialize i had to arrange my transport upon arrival causing considerable inconvenience and frustration

underwhelming stay some issues noted
impractical bathroomsocial media focus
the room was fine but it was far from excellent there were no mirrors in the main area only in the bathroom this made it completely impractical after showering as the mirrors would steam up the layout felt poorly thought out for a premium room. the staff seemed more focused on social media content. this hotel felt more like a tiktok trend than a true luxury experience

perfect experience
lovely poolattentive staffpleasant room
the hotel provided a classy and stylish atmosphere. the pool areas were lovely. restaurants served delicious food. the staff demonstrated attentiveness and courtesy throughout my stay. my ocean view room had pleasant appointments and offered a relaxing space after a busy day.
The air conditioning system struggled to maintain a consistently cool temperature. Engineers did address it, though it needed some tweaking.

Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Noticed
polite staffmalfunctioning room lock
The staff were polite. They provided attentive service at times.
The room lock malfunctioned one night. I reported the problem, but no one came to fix it until the next day. I was essentially stuck in my room all night, and the duty manager's response was dismissive.
